I am Kalish Morrow and I have worn many hats. For awhile all my interests seemed so random and sporadic until recently when I put all of these unique life experiences together so I could bring something wildly effective for my clients: Lifestyle Coaching.
Aside from customizing fitness programming that requires less time yet gives greater results than what many programs or coaches offer, I teach clients how to eat their favorite foods while losing fat, and work with them on tapping into their motivation through identity work and behavior change methods.
I call this my M.O.V.E. Method.

M - Motivate
This is the part most people don’t expect. They believe a coach will make them white knuckle their way to discipline and willpower. But motivation comes from you and your identity. Even if you don’t see yourself as that healthy person yet, you will.
O - Optimize
This is the physical side of things and gets added in gradually rather than all at once. Many people want to hit the ground running, but then burnout after a few weeks. Your fitness plan is not time consuming. Your nutrition doesn't depend than restriction. And we introduce habits that move the needle more than any biohack.
V - Visualize
This is where your goals and desires live. There's a real science to manifestation that drives real world results and therefore cannot be dismissed
E - Embody
This part integrates everything we work on and is practiced daily. Who you are becoming, becomes who you are today. You don't wait to show up as your best self, that simply slows down the process and that is not how we do things here
